In a fan-made video editing the events of Marvel Studios'
Avengers: Endgame, Asgard's most formidable protector returns to the MCU to battle the Mad Titan Thanos. After being teased throughout the MCU's Infinity Saga, Josh Brolin's Thanos finally put his great plan in motion in 2018's Avengers: Infinity War. By collecting the six Infinity Stones, Thanos gained enough power to wipe out half the population of the universe, though this action was reversed by the remaining Avengers during 2019's Avengers: Endgame. Engaging in yet another battle against Earth's Mightiest Heroes, the Mad Titan was eventually defeated, but the Avengers could have used a helping hand during the Battle of Earth.
A new fan-made video shared on TikTok depicts scenes from the Avengers' battle against the 2014 variant of Thanos from Avengers: Endgame, with one major change. Offering assistance during the Battle of Earth,
Anthony Hopkins' Odin arrives on the battlefield by using the Bifrost, striking fear into the Mad Titan, and relief for Earth's damaged heroes.
Of course, Odin passed away peacefully during 2017's Thor: Ragnarok, prior to the events of Infinity War and Endgame. However,
the version of Odin depicted the fan-edit seems to be a younger iteration of the Asgardian All-Father, perhaps having traveled from another timeline just like Thanos and his own armies did using Pym Particles.

Related Thanos' Complete MCU Timeline Explained Thanos was the major villain of the MCU's Infinity Saga, and though he might have met his end in Endgame, his actions can still be felt in the MCU. How Odin Being In Endgame Could Have Totally Changed The MCU Close Anthony Hopkins debuted as Odin, the King of Asgard and father to Thor and Loki, in 2011's Thor, and had always been depicted as the most powerful figurehead in all of Asgard. Odin's involvement in Avengers: Endgame's Battle of Earth would have had a huge impact on the fight against Thanos, not least because the All-Father would perhaps be impervious to many of the Mad Titan's attacks.
Odin's very existence strengthened the forces of Asgard, and connected the allied armies of the Nine Realms, so he could have brought these numerous forces into play during the Battle of Earth had he still been alive during the Infinity Saga's epic finale.
It remains a mystery why Odin didn't actually get involved with Thanos' conquest of the cosmos sooner, as he was surely aware of the Mad Titan's plans prior to his death in Thor: Ragnarok. Odin employed Idris Elba's Heimdall to oversee the Nine Realms with his all-seeing eye, so Odin must have had knowledge of Thanos' plan, yet chose not to intervene. Had he got himself involved, however, Odin certainly had the power and influence to best the Mad Titan, meaning his inclusion in
Avengers: Endgame may have ended the battle sooner, and potentially even saved Tony Stark's life - as perhaps
Odin himself could have used the Infinity Gauntlet.
